Jemma lives in Dept 24. She is thirty-two with two small children of eight and three. She is in remission from cervical cancer, though still having three month check-ups, and is happy to support and help anyone who needs it i.e. by accompanying them to  hospital if they need help with French and have no-one to go with (she is bilingual, having been brought up in France) or just by talking on the telephone. Marjory lives between Brantome and Thiviers in Dept 24. She recovered from cervical cancer 14 years ago and now has colon cancer. She has had her colon removed and is still receiving chemotherapy but has a very positive outlook and will not allow cancer to beat her. She is happy to support anyone as she really feels for those people who live in France and have no-one to help. Equally, she is happy to share information with others.
